Overview
Useful information:
❖ While traveling please ensure that your passport is valid not less than 6 months prior to your flight date.
❖ Make sure that you have Confirmed ticket, Hotel Booking, Proper travel itinerary, valid visa (if required).
❖ Hotel Check-in commences at 14:00 hr/ 15:00 hr.. Requestsfor early check-in will be based on
availability
❖ Hotel Check-out time at 12:00 hr. Requestsfor late check-out will be based on availability.
❖ Rates include only those items specified in your itinerary.
❖ USD 500.00 with an authorized bank stamp should be managed by the traveler before departure.
❖ Visa decision is fully on the hand of the embassy hence any negative decision made on visa no travel
agency will be responsible. Visa cost is non refundable and incase of Thailand and Malaysia ticket should
be issued before applying visa hence any cancellation in ticket will be applicable.
Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellation in the package after all the package got confirmed then visa cost is non refundable.
Cancellation policy on tour package and hotel accommodation:
➔ 15-20 working days prior to departure date: Full refund ( Nominal Charge are applicable if any)
➔ 7-10 working days prior to departure date: 50% cancellation charges of total cost
➔ 3 or less than 3 working days prior to departure date: the charges is non refundable.
